It usually takes 2 - 5 working days to complete a set of drawings and quotations depending on how involved they are and how many drawings we have on our books at the time.

  • The survey: A house call from us to measure the room in question, check and number of things in use within the existing kitchen / bedroom including plumbing and electrical.
  • Ask you a number of questions about what you expect from you new kitchen / bedroom.
  • Advise you on the things that are possible so that your new kitchen / bedroom with look good as well as being safe, functional.
  • After all the drawings and quotes are complete we will contact you and make an appointment for you to call and see us in the showroom. We will then explain the drawings and quotes for you and answer any questions you may have, if necessary we will go through any changes you would like made to these drawings.
  • Most customers will need some extra time to look at these drawings and we recommend that you take them home and look them over while you are in your kitchen, this way you will have a better idea of how things will look.
We have decided to order, what happens next? * We process all orders on receipt of a 25% deposit. * We will undertake a 2nd site visit to double check all measurements and drawings. * At the time of order we will give you a week commencing delivery / fit date. * As most of our rages are made to order there is a period of 4 - 6 weeks from order to commencement of installation depending on the range chosen. * We will contact you again during the week leading up to your delivery. This is to make final arrangements and give a firm day for delivery / installation.
  • Installation will take between 1 and 2 weeks to complete depending on how involved the project. There will be some noise, dust and disruption during this period.
  • Be prepared to be without cooking facilities for a few days, there will also be no sink for a few days. Although there is no sink the water to the rest of the house will always be on.
